Information you provide

When you request an audit, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, optional website URL, business type, city and state, and the kind of help you need. Please do not submit payment details, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use these details to review your digital setup, respond to your inquiry, discuss a project, and maintain the related business record. Submitting an audit request asks us to contact you about that request; it does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.

Storage and service providers

Audit submissions are stored in our website’s hosted database. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website infrastructure and may process information needed to host, secure, and operate the site. Access to submissions is restricted to the site’s authorized management tools. We do not publish form submissions or provide a public directory of inquiries.

Technical information

Our hosting providers may process request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. The audit form uses a daily one-way hash derived from an IP address to limit automated submissions; the application does not store raw IP addresses with audit records. Expired request-limit records are removed when later successful submissions are processed.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not install advertising or third-party analytics scripts. It records basic interaction events in the current page’s memory for future analytics integration, without including form-field values or contact details. Hosting or sign-in services may use cookies needed to provide access to this site.

Your questions and choices

Email sales@hgdigitallab.com to request access, correction, or deletion of the information you submitted, or to ask us to stop following up. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. Necessary business or legal records may need to be retained.
