Scope
This policy applies to hgdigitallab.com, including free digital audit requests and direct inquiries. It does not describe the separate websites, applications, or business systems we build and operate for clients; those services may be governed by their own agreements and notices.
Information we collect
When you request an audit or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, business type, city and state, project interests, and the content of your message.
Our infrastructure providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs. The audit form uses a temporary one-way value derived from an IP address to reduce automated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored with audit records by the application.
How we use information
We use information to review your current digital setup, respond to your request, discuss and scope potential work, maintain related business records, protect the website, prevent abuse, and improve our services.
Submitting an audit request authorizes us to contact you about that request. It does not automatically enroll you in a general marketing list.
Client systems, AI agents, and service data
HG may build or operate websites, booking systems, automations, and AI agents for client businesses. When you interact with one of those services, the client business determines the customer relationship and is generally responsible for its customer-facing privacy and recording notices. HG processes information to provide the contracted technology and support.
Depending on the approved configuration, service data may include contact details, appointment or transaction information, messages, call audio, transcripts, summaries, agent actions, tool requests, consent or opt-out records, and technical logs. The categories, purposes, retention, access, and providers for a client deployment are governed by the applicable service agreement and the client’s notice.
AI interactions may be processed by model, speech, communications, hosting, and integration providers needed to deliver the service. Sensitive or regulated data should not be submitted unless that specific deployment expressly supports it and the required safeguards are in place. Read the AI & Agent Policy for operational rules.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary based on the nature of the interaction.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No website, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop following up about an inquiry. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the audit form.
